  • Site Prep/Demo (test pits, tree clearing, asphalt pulverization, existing curb and concrete sidewalk removal, stripping loam, removal of existing site lighting, removal of existing utility piping)

  • Grading/Earthwork, Including 7,200 T Of Site Cuts

  • Excavate & Backfill For 92,000 SF Building Foundation

  • Site Dewatering

  • Site Drainage System Installation

  • Sanitary Sewer Installation

  • Fire Protection & Domestic Water Installation

  • Excavate & Backfill For Site Electrical

  • Excavate & Backfill For Site Retaining Walls

  • Prep For & Install Site Finishes (granite and precast concrete curb, concrete sidewalks, grading/prep for bituminous concrete parking)

321 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA – Kaplan Construction

F.E. French Construction worked with Kaplan Construction on a multi-phase project to complete site work for a new retail corridor layout at 321 Arsenal St. in Watertown, MA (The Arsenal On The Charles). The work scope included demolition, new utilities (drainage work, sewer work, and water work), grading, granite curbing, road paving, and concrete sidewalks.
